We are so grateful to have you as part of the Rommanel stylist family! Our goal is to support your business while maintaining the highest quality standards for our jewelry.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
Because stylist purchases are made for resale purposes, returns for refunds are not permitted. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges under the conditions below.
Eligible Exchanges:
Items may only be exchanged for the same style in a different:
• Size;
• Letter;
• Color;
• Saint.
No other exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Exchange Requirements:
To quality for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage;
• Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and/or pouch included).
Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
• Engraved or monogrammed products.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE
At Rommanel we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact your Rommanel representative immediately and we will gladly replace the item.
